2. No Guarantees & Results Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
We do not guarantee income, profits, success, or specific results.
Individual results vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, consistency, and many other factors outside our control.

We commit to acting in good faith and doing our best to provide high-quality mentorship and support, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
3. Payments, Billing & Authorization
By purchasing any offer, you authorize Dawson Marks to charge your selected payment method according to the terms presented at checkout.
This includes:
One-time payments
Subscription charges (recurring billing until canceled, if applicable)
Payment plans (you are responsible for all scheduled payments, regardless of usage or participation)
Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are FINAL.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Dawson Marks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
